The PEV Support Service is hosting pre departure information sessions. Our sessions are specifically designed for PEV applicants who have either lodged their full visa application, including a job offer or have been granted their Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV). 

The pre departure information sessions are delivered over two sessions. It is recommended that you complete a pre departure information session - day one before you attend day two. 

This session is tailored to people who are preparing to move to Australia with children. 

What information will be covered?

On day two, we will cover key information to help you and your family prepare for life in Australia, including:

  • Justice and Australian laws
  • Housing
  • Finance and money management
  • Australian Health System
  • Health and well-being
  • Emergency preparedness and safety
  • Transport
  • Education and training 
  • Raising children in Australia
